📦 Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship within the state of New Jersey and only to customers 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery.

🚚 Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

  1. Local Delivery (Same-Day or Next-Day)
  2. Available in select areas of New Jersey. Orders placed before 5 PM qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability.
  3. In-Store Pickup
  4. Choose to pick up your order at our store location during business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

We currently do not offer national shipping due to state alcohol regulations.

⏱ Processing Times

  1. Orders are processed during regular business hours:
  2. Monday to Saturday: 10 AM – 10 PM
  3. Sunday: 11 AM – 7 PM
  4. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

📄 ID Verification

All deliveries require signature and ID verification. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated or fails to show proper identification.

❌ Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to:

  1. P.O. Boxes
  2. College campuses
  3. Any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DrinqLinq.com! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. 30-day Return/Exchange Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. We cannot accept items that have been opened or used unless the product is defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at support@drinqlinq.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  4. Processing the Return/Exchange: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return or exchange request.

Refunds:

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  2. Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to final sale or customized products. If this applies to your purchase, this will be clearly noted during checkout.

Defective or Damaged Items:

Exchanges:
